Surrounded by a plush locality, this project is designed for a corporate CEO who has a flair for modern but warm interiors with an unconventional Indian aesthetics for this 4bhk spacious apartment of 2500 sq ft.

Keeping it on plush lines a traditional lounger and a wall mounted artefact of a Jharoka is placed ahead of one the beautiful collection of ‘Sabyasachi’ wallpaper for Nilaya from Asian Paints. The home abounds with an array of textures, colors and materials.

Having a deep traditional route, the client wanted a Pooja room; also being the most dedicated and dominated area of the space planning.

Each of the 4 bedrooms are unique in their own ways and fine tuned to the user's expectations. The modern contemporary theme across the bedrooms was supported with simple straight line furniture design.

Rustic textured wallpaper in silver and grey cork color adds to the grandeur of the Living room. Minimalist furniture along with custom designed MOP inlay for the center table and dining table is placed adds a little touch of contemporary vernacular feel. The temperature of lighting was well balanced to create an atmosphere and relaxing ambience.
