"This residential project is a unique blend of a modern urban pulse interwoven with some Human warmth". An open space idea is adopted for the space planning, of the interiors, to enable space efficiency and the creation of an orderly seating plan. The living room is designed for a functionally seamless space traversing through all areas, allowing guests and relatives to enjoy each corner of this space including the balcony area.

'Monte Pulchiano' white marble has been used for the television back background and a special dark wood was used in the flooring for the Den Area. Stone tiles of earthy shade are used for the wall cladding adjoining the seating space to add more of a liveliness to this zone. A lot of emphasis was laid on the "detailing" in the entire project.

Each of the 4 bedrooms are unique in their own ways and fine tuned to the user's expectations. The modern contemporary theme across the bedrooms was supported with simple straight line furniture design.

One of the 'theme designed bedrooms' for a small boy who loves cars, racetracks etc, is in 'Blue', which is the favorite color for boys!! The bed back is designed in MDF panel finished in pearl finish lamination. A study table has been provided with a cantilevered wooden desk and space for storage which gels up with the wooden flooring giving it a natural look. the guest bedroom, the bed back is designed with a charcoal Glowood paneling and its headboard finished in leather. Bands of veneer with lamination on the wardrobe adds a little bit of richness to the bedroom.

As for the concept, for each room, the highlight is the beautifully designed furniture with different kind of specialized concept.
